DISGUSTING SERVICE. I ordered from chicken cottage recently and they sent me chicken fillets instead of hot wings, there were also only 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6. I rang them directly and made a complaint. The man I spoke to said the delivery driver had finished, they had run out of hot wings and next time we ordered he would send us extra hot wings. Today we ordered again, when our order arrived, there were no extra hot wings and both cans of diet coke had been dropped and were leaking. I rang them directly again, expecting an apology and for them to rectify the situation by sending extra hot wings as promised and replace the leaking cans. Instead I was insulted and the man I spoke to was rude and argumentative. He said it was my fault as I should have said they owe me free hot wings, like most NORMAL customers! Excuse me, I said, are you trying to imply that I'm not normal? He was rasing his voice, offered no resolution and argued with everything I said. I would never order from them ever again. We were regular customers, ordering most weeks from them. You would think that they would like to keep their loyal customers! Clearly not. Yet again, a nice takeaway after a long day of work has been a total let down by chicken cottage.
